2) It is not clear by looking at the plans in comparison with the aerial where on site the work is being performed. Provide either a key type plan or a site plan indicating the location of the work in relation to the other structures on the site. Also provide a code summary indicating what codes and what occupancy classification the work is designed to as well as the construction type.

3) With no life safety plan and no exit signage indicated, it is unclear what is proposed for means of egress. The plan need to indicate proposed exit locations, travel distance, common path of travel, dead end corridors etc.
Note: Evaluate the existing "not in this project" spaces to ensure that the addition does not affect egress from those spaces. If egress from the addition utilizes the existing spaces, those spaces will need to be included in the scope of this permit.

4) Emergency lights nor exit signs are shown on the plans. Identify locations of both, and provide specifications for the proposed lights so I can verify coverage. Also identify the designated egress path that must meet the illumination requirements for the emergency lighting. Also ensure that appropriate exit access signage is provided where needed.

Identify on the plans if multiple classifications exist and whether it is designed as separated or mixed in accordance with NFPA 150 (2013) 6.2.
