Review for a revision to the previously approved plan to remove the indication for a 1 hour fire wall, since the building was designed as mixed use Assembly and Storage.  In addition material information has been submitted for the spray foam and fire retardant coating applied to the ceiling.  The open cell spray polyurethane foam insulation that was used is BASF Enertite.  The fire retardant product used on the spray insulation is International Fireproof Technology Inc. DC 315.  This product meets the ceiling finish requirements as a Class A finish in accordance with ASTM E84 0 flame spread and 10 smoke development.  The product is available in charcoal black. 

The revision is approved. 

Note the architect previously emailed a photo of Fireshell F10E charcoal black intumescent coating.  This was not included in the review.  The product above was reviewed.
