Please provide a window legend. There are numerous viewing windows installed on the fire rated partition. Provide rating documentation or how the fire rating will be maintained.

A fire alarm system is required for the building. This system shall be installed in accordance with NFPA 101, 9.6.1 and 12.3.4. This shall be noted on the plans. A separate permit will be required for the system.

Sheet M-100 note 8 states HVAC system has return side smoke detectors. NFPA 90A requires smoke detectors in the supply side on all systems greater than 2,000 CFM.
