Page G0.2 indicates flooring will be carpet (F-1) and vinyl tile (F-3a and F-3b).Provide manufacturer specification sheets showing that each floor finish will meet either: a) ASTM D 2859 for carpet and carpet like materials or b) has a minimum critical radiant flux of .1 W/cm2 for non carpet flooring. NFPA 101 36.3.3.3.   1:20.12.3.3.3

Since there are multiple finishes, please labeled each spec sheet identifying each product, its location AND highlight the area showing illustrating it meets the applicable Code requirement. You may email a copy of the manufacturer spec sheets to either vvitori@sjcfl.us, sboike@sjcfl.us or pwebb@sjcfl.us. Make sure to include your permit number so the 105/framing hold can be removed.

Thursday, December 20, 2018 When talking with GC, BJ; I shared that we have not received interior finish specs. While he was sitting at the front counter he forwarded me an email showing carpet meets ASTM D 2859. I uploaded this image to Wats. He said he will send vinyl tile specs via email. I told him hold will not be removed until all is submitted.

Thursday, December 20, 2018 11:39P  Victoria, is this all I need? This is spec for vinyl  (Attached was only one vinyl tile spec sheet showing it meets Class I).

Friday Dec 21, 2018, at 7:57 AM  Good Morning, According to the plans there were 2 different vinyl tiles (F-3a and F-3b) being used. I need the spec sheet for the other vinyl as well.  Also what is your permit number. I no longer have it.  Victoria Vitori

INFORMATIONAL ONLY NO RESPONSE NECESSARY:
The system(s) outlined in this set of plans is conceptual.

A HOLD has been placed at framing (105) until either: a) a permit has been pulled or b) a letter submitted from respective system contractor indicating no work to be done to the existing system:
- fire sprinkler system
- interior finish

Thursday, December 20, 2018 I removed sprinkler hold since "shell" 11807499 included the build out of this space. The sprinkler for the "shell" also reflected the build out of this space. So I removed the hold at contractor's BJ request since no further work was done or that would require sprinkler alteration.
