1) Unable to locate code analysis for suite F103. NFPA 1.1.7.11 Please illustrate occupancy type and compliance with the adopted edition of the Florida Fire Prevention Code.

Example of items that need to be addressed: Code and editions, Occupancy of structure/project, fire protection system(s) if included, exit sizes, exit numbers, extinguishers, emergency lights, exit signage, address, light weight truss, what will be in there or processes could present other requirements.

NOTE: Once the occupancy type for suite F103 is submitted. I will then review to check compliance with appropriate occupancy classification. More comments may be added.

2) Previously approved sprinkler plans do not reflect the build out and drop ceiling of space F103. Sprinkler plans now need to be revised to accommodate this build out. Revised sprinkler plans will need to be resubmitted as a sprinkler shell revision. The sprinkler revision will need to be received before this building revision is approved.

3) Page M1.0 now shows a 5 and 6 ton hvac unit for suite F103.  Unable to locate reference to duct detectors. Please point out.

Air handlers with more than 2000 CFM are required to have duct smoke detectors. If these detectors are concealed they shall have a remote visual and audible indicators located in a normally occupied space. (NOTE if there is a FIRE ALARM SYSTEM in the building the duct smoke detector must also be connected to the fire alarm system. In those cases only a visual indicator is required) (NFPA 90A,6.4.2)
