3) Also unable to begin the review using NFPA 150. I do not see anything that illustrates the animal housing facility's class and catergory. 150:ch6
How many animals max would be stored? Also clarify if the animals are staying overnight. If so, what is the lowest staff count that would be working at anytime through the night? Where would evacuated animals be moved to? 150:A.6.3.1.1(3)
Tuesday, November 12, 2019 Response to comments indicates " NFPA Chapter 150 Occupancy Classification has been added to Project Data on Sheet A0.1." Response also included 20 maximum animals, animals will stay over night, zero staff over night. Page A0.1 shows that the category and class of animals is both 1/A and 6/A.
The state of Florida has adopted the 2013 edition of NFPA 150 through Florida Administrative Code 69a-3.012. The 2013 edition only goes up to a category 3 animal. Update in accord with appropriate standard so review can continue. Make sure not to over look category and class requirements.

4) Unsure of wall rating separating this suite to is adjoining neighbor. Illustrate separation that meets 101:6.1.14.4.1 and identify occupancy class of neighboring suite.
Tuesday, November 12, 2019 Response to comments "The tenant next door (hair salon) is the same occupancy as the subject tenant. See revised site plan, A0.1. Both are business occupancy; therefore, no separation is required. The landlord has requirements for sound separation. Also, the building is 100% sprinklered."
According to 101:6.1.14.4.1 separation between a storage and business occupancy require a 1 hour separation with a sprinkler system.
