NFPA 1.30.2.7(1) The building height is stated on sheet A3 as 36 feet in height. This appears to meet the requirement for major repair garage over two stories in height requiring a fire sprinkler system.

Response: There is no equipment needed for repair work other than basic hand tools. The process is to pull truck in and repair crane on the truck. There is a bridge crane in the space. Please consider for approval.

An ENGINEERED sealed Design Criteria for a fire sprinkler system exceeding 49 heads is required to be submitted with the general construction documents. We are unable to approve the plan until this information is provided. (FAC 61G15-32.002(5)) (The signed and sealed design criteria is the general guidelines with design and scope of the sprinkler system. It is not a full set of shop drawing.) THIS IS WHAT IS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 61G15-32.004, (A-M) as of June 19th, 2015, Design of Water Based Fire Protection Systems.
