Revision REJECTED. It is unclear what changes are being made. The original plan was for 5280 sqft raised roof over existing welding shop. 1848 sqft will be an open air pole barn over existing concrete. Please cloud all changes and if sqft is being added, note that on the plan along with a life safety plan showing interior walls to ensure travel distance is met to the exits.

General notes: Your re-submittal shall include two complete sets of plans. Please insert the revised pages into the plan sets, and remove the old pages that are no longer applicable and RESTAPLE the Job Copy of the plan. Resubmit those old JOB COPY pages marked as "old set" and submit with the revised plan set.
If old pages are not resubmitted there may be an additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again.
ALL ITEMS REVISED ON PLANS AND DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED by circling, clouding or other legible method. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
