Plan APPROVED for adding metal barn addition to existing bldg not protected with fire sprinkler system. This is reviewed under Fl Fire Prevention Code 5th edition as industrial.
All other issues addressed.

Locks on exit doors or access exit doors shall not require the use of a key, a tool, or special knowledge or effort for operation from the egress side unless they meet the requirements of NFPA 101, 7.2.1.5.

FS 633.061 requires a license or permit of organizations & individuals who: service, recharge, test, mark, inspect, install or hydrotest fire extinguishers. It will be necessary to use a Licensed Fire Extinguisher Contractor for identifying the location & type of extinguisher to use.
