16" duct gauge Stainless steel sealed with 3M fire barrier 2000 Plus to seal duct joints and duct insulation for zero clearance to combustibles
Built in 3" air separation offset from hood to wall.
Wall from floor to top of hood-durock cement board with stainless and 4" minimum offset (piping)
2" electric gas valve
Digital controller to activate exhaust fans based on temperature differences between ambient air and duct temperature sensor.
Digital controller to disable MUA supply fan and activate exhaust fans, activate the shunt trip for all electric including plus and gas valve when fire conditions are detected
