All plan papers must be the same size.
C. Provide a response to comments along with any supporting documentation. Response to comments is REQUIRED not optional.
- The response to comments sheet will need to include a response to each numbered comment and tell us where in the plans the comments was addressed. EX - "Top Left of Page E1-1" or "Page E1 Note 8".
- Code responses shall reference Florida Fire Prevention Code, 8th Ed.

1) Sheets A0.1, A1.0, A1.1 do not have any visible changes, nor are they addressed in the narrative.  Identify the changes or remove the sheets.

2) Sheet A5.0

Door 100- is indicated on the door schedule as existing.  As indicated on the original building plan review, I need the hardware information for this door provided.  See comment excerpt below from the original review.

Wednesday, December 4, 2024 PJW Reviewer Response- A5.0 provides door hardware.  Door hardware was not provided for the existing doors as requested.  Existing main entrance doors 100 must either have panic hardware installed if they latch (NFPA 101:12.2.2.2.3) or have a keyed lock installed with no latches meeting the requirements of NFPA 101: 12.2.2.2.4.  If the keyed lock route is chosen, ensure that you meet all requirements of NFPA 101:7.2.1.5.6.2 including signage, key availability and the lock viewing window to distinguish it as locked or unlocked.

Door 103- Now indicates that it is not used, but it is indicated as a means of egress on the LS plan.  Return the hardware information to the plans.

Door 111- Now indicates HW 6 which is lever handle and thumb turn.  Indicate that the door complies with NFPA 101:7.2.1.5.3.2 which requires the lever handle to release the thumb turn. (Single Action).

3) There is a hold on the permit for a revision for original plan comments 2, 3 and 5.  When revision comment 2 above is addressed, this will take care of the hold for original comment 5.  However just FYI, the holds for comments 2 (CO2 size) and 3 (oil tank size) will remain which will require an additional revision if not addressed as part of this revision.

4) Due to the ceiling changes, update and provide sheet E6.0 from the original review which was the emergency light plan/photometric plan.
