As per Section 206.4.1 of the Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction (FACBC) 2012 please note that in addition to the entrances required by Section 206.4.2 through 206.4.9, at least 60 percent of all public entrances shall comply with Section 404 of FACBC.

Electrical plans shall include but not be limited to: scaled floor plans for all floors and/or units. Lighting and power requirements shall meet the minimum standards of the 2008 National Electric Code. Diagrams, schedules and calculations of all electric distribution systems are required in addition to electrical feeder wire sizes, conduit sized, and over-current device sizes. Smoke detectors shall be installed as per the 2010 FBC.

Mechanical requirements shall follow the 2010 Florida Building Code Mechanical also the information listed in the FBC 2010 Section 107.3.5 and shall include but not be limited to: Floor plans for all floors and units, show all equipment, refrigerant and condensate drain line locations, make-up air calculations, duct systems, ventilation & exhaust systems and include the method of providing penetration protection of walls, floors and ceilings including indication of fire dampers.

Plumbing requirements shall follow the 2010 Florida Plumbing Code. Also submit the information listed in the FBC 2010 Section 107.3.5 which shall include but not be limited to: Floor plans for all floors and units, showing all fixture requirements, water supply piping, sanitary drainage, water heaters, vents, roof drainage, back-flow prevention, plumbing risers, grease traps, environmental requirements and location of water supply line. Plans shall include all sizing and locations and method of providing penetration protection.
