Plan REJECTED for converting a 2 story 4000 sqft residential home to an office building which is not protected with fire sprinkler system. Add "2010 Flordia Fire Prevention Code" to your code analysis.
Why do the pages say "House Plans by Bonnie, inc."?

All unit equipment (emergency lighting) shall be wired ahead of switch or control of normal lighting circuit serving that area. The branch circuit feeding the unit equipment shall be the same branch circuit as that serving the normal lighting in the area and connected ahead of any local switches. The branch circuit that feeds unit equipment shall be clearly identified at the distribution panel. In a separate and uninterrupted area supplied by a minimum of three normal lighting circuits, a separate branch circuit for unit equipment shall be from the same panel board as that of the normal lighting circuits and provide a lock-on feature.

General notes: Your re-submittal shall include two complete sets of plans. Please insert the revised pages into the plan sets, and remove the old pages that are no longer applicable. Resubmit those old JOB COPY pages marked as "old set" and submit with the revised plan set. If old pages are not resubmitted there may be an additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again. ALL ITEMS REVISED ON PLANS AND DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED by circling, clouding or other legible method. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
