This is a plan review for a Fire Sprinkle system in a Mercantile Occupancy designed as an Ordinary Group 2 wet sprinkler system. The water supply is from a underground tank reservoir (2-12,000 gallon tanks)that will be pumped to the fire sprinkler system by a vertical turbine fire pump. The pump will include a pump controller, jockey pump & jockey pump controller. All of the fire sprinklers and fire pump required devises will be monitored by the Buildings Fire Alarm System.
The fire pump and associated devices have been verified that they are required UL listing for fire pumps.
The plans are APPROVED with a couple of noted on the plans for clarification.
