1. Existing Building Code: Alterations to an existing structure is governed by the 2010 Florida Building Code-Existing Building. Please indicate on the plans what compliance method will be followed per FBC-E Section 101.5.

8. Wall Details: The wall details shown on A4 does not appear on the floor plan. The rated corridor must be installed from the floor to roof deck or have a rated wall/ceiling assembly. Please indicate which wall detail will be used on each wall.
Additional information required:
1. The gauge of the metal stud appears undersized. Please revise the stud gauge and provide a span chart to substantiate the new selection.
2. Please provide an above the dropped ceiling bracing detail to connect the top of the wall to the structure for detail 2/A4
Note: Interior walls and partitions that exceed 6 feet in height, including their finish materials, shall have adequate strength to resist the loads to which they are subjected but not less than a horizontal load of 5 psf.

9. Florida Energy Form and Input Report, Equipment Sizing and Duct Sizing: Please provide a Florida Energy Form 502 or 506 to comply with FBC 103.2.1.2 and Input Report, Equipment Sizing to comply with FBC -503.2, and Duct Sizing to comply with 503.2.7.5.
