Plan APPROVED for a 1100 sqft pizza take out in a previous vacant space in a strip store protected by fire sprinkler system. This is reviewed under 2010 Fl Fire Prevention Code as mercantile.
There is a pizza oven which requires a type II hood but there are no grease producing appliances on the plan. The Cooler will require a head in it.

The scope of work for this project is in the area of an existing fire sprinkler system. A separate fire sprinkler permit is required for any modification to this system. A hold is placed on the Building Permit and no inspections will be done until this Fire Sprinkler Permit is submitted & approved. (NFPA 1,13.1.1.1)

FS 633.061 requires a license or permit of organizations & individuals who: service, recharge, test, mark, inspect, install or hydrotest fire extinguishers. It will be necessary to use a Licensed Fire Extinguisher Contractor for identifying the location & type of extinguisher to use.
