1. Plans must be designed to Florida Existing Building code 2007 with 2009 supplements. Must also state what is the Method of Compliance used and what Level of Alteration is to be proposed. Please have the Owner or Designer of Record submit a Code Analysis and Life Safety Plan.

2. As per Section 11-4.1 of the Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction (FACBC), an accessible (hi-lo) drinking fountain is required to comply with Section 11-4.15.1 thru 11-4.15.5 of the FACBC. Thursday, March 15, 2012 Need revision to show location for Hi-lo water fountain as required by code. A hold has been placed.

3. Energy calcs shall be signed, designed to 2007 code, and "other required compliances" sheet completed.
Please submit two (2) complete sets of the Florida Energy Efficiency Calculations with a third copy of the cover and signed sheet for the State of Florida. The documents shall show in sufficient details, all pertinent data and features of the building and the equipment and the systems including :design criteria, exterior envelope component material, U-values of the envelope systems, R-values of the insulation materials, size and type of apparatus and equipment and system controls and other pertinent data to indicate conformance with the requirements of the code.
