1a. As per Section 11-4.1.3(8) Florida Accessible Code for Building Construction. In new construction, accessible entrances must be provided in a number at least equivalent to the number of exits required by the applicable building/fire codes.

2. Submit two (2) complete sets of the Florida Energy Efficiency Calculations with a third copy of the cover and signed sheet for the State of Florida. The documents shall show in sufficient details, all pertinent data and features of the building and the equipment and the systems including :design criteria, exterior envelope component material, U-values of the envelope systems, R-values of the insulation materials, size and type of apparatus and equipment and system controls and other pertinent data to indicate conformance with the requirements of the code. In addition, for residential requirements per Section 13-607 submit either Manuel J and Manuel N's or the ASHRAE Cooling and heating load calculations, whichever is applicable. Manufacturer & model number of outdoor & indoor A/C units shall be submitted along with the sensible & total cooling capacities.

4. As per Chapter 22 of the FBC- Building, please submit 3rd party certification for weld/bolt at completion of fabrication or prior to framing inspection. The steel joist manufacturer shall submit a certificate of compliance stating that work was performed in accordance with approved construction documents and with SJI standard specifications. 8. Please show evidence of all fire resistances to what the fire rating is as per Section 703 of the Florida Building Code. Fire resistance ratings of building elements shall be determined in accordance with the test procedures set forth in ASTM E 119 or in accordance with Section 703, which includes: fire resistance designs documented in approved sources, Prescriptive designs as per Section 720, Calculations in accordance with Section 721 or other methods described. Please make sure the square footage on the architectural plans, energy codes and floor plans submitted for Building permit is the same footage which is indicated on the DRC site plan and clearance sheet, otherwise the issuance of Building permit will not be accomplished until both these numbers correlate, and if not, this may require a possible resubmittal to DRC. see sheet G0.3

10. Please show how size of gas pipe meets the requirements of the Fuel gas code. Gas requirements shall follow the 2007 Florida Building Code Fuel Gas also the information listed in the FBC 2007 Section 106.3.5 and shall include but not be limited to: Gas piping, venting, combustion air, appliances, type of gas, LP tank location and riser diagram/shutoff's.

11. It appears that the OUA-1 system is recycling air which is not allowed as per Section 407. Mechanical requirements shall follow the 2007 Florida Building Code Mechanical also the information listed in the FBC 2007 Section 106.3.5 and shall include but not be limited to: Floor plans for all floors and units, show all equipment, refrigerant and condensate drain line locations, make-up air calculations, duct systems, ventilation & exhaust systems and include the method of providing penetration protection of walls, floors and ceilings including indication of fire dampers.

- Please provide disconnect of main service on building or show protection of unfused main service into building as per NEC 230.6
- Show Exit sign at second means of required egress.
- Seperate permit is required for 100kw generator.
Electrical plans shall include but not be limited to: scaled floor plans for all floors and/or units. Lighting and power requirements shall meet the minimum standards of the 2008 National Electric Code. Diagrams, schedules and calculations of all electric distribution systems are required in addition to electrical feeder wire sizes, conduit sized, and over-current device sizes. Smoke detectors shall be installed as per the 2007 FBC.
