Plan APPROVED to add a 528 sqft patio cover over existing seating for a restaurant with an occupant load less than 50. This is reviewed under 2010 Fl Fire Prevention Code as mercantile.

Please provide building numbers that are a minimum of 6-inches high on the building and/or suite(s) for commercial. These must be visible and legible from the street, therefore the address number may need to be larger than the minimum 6". (NFPA 1, 10.12.1.2)

Although this permit is for a porch cover, the occupant should be aware there appears to be outstanding violations with the kitchen fire suppression which includes:
-no nozzle protection over the deep fat fryer,
-repiping of the system required due to moving cooking appliances
-no Class K fire extinguisher
It appears a fire suppression permit will be required due to repiping the system.
