4) The scale shown for the drawings is not accurate when an architectural ruler is applied. Example: Sheet A1a Hall 11 shows a measurement of 20’ - 3”. When an architectural ruler is applied the measurement is approximately 30’.
Update the plans so the scale and measurements match.

5) Corridor 11 (Hall 11) has a dead-end travel distance greater than 20’ (unable to give an accurate travel distance as the scale is not correct). 101:36.2.5.3.2, 101:12.2.5.3
Update the plans so the dead-end corridor is 20’ or less.
-------------------------------
Wednesday, September 10, 2025 DF: RTC: Corridor 11 is 19'-10 3/4" finish to finish. However, this is not seen as a dead end corridor since the door at the end provides egress.
Wednesday, September 10, 2025 DF: Reviewer's Response: As the corridor had no exit signage at time of original review the dead-end corridor began at the door to the kitchen providing approximately 27' of travel. However, an EXIT sign has been added at the end of the corridor at the exterior door thus eliminating the dead-end classification.
