The elevation of the floor surface on both sides of a door shall not vary by more than a 1/2 inch, and shall be maintained on both sides of the door for a distance not less than the width of the widest leaf. (NFPA 101 7.2.1.3) This applies to all doors. The door near "Debbie's office" must also include a clear path to the public right away.

FS 633.061 requires a license or permit of organizations & individuals who: service, recharge, test, mark, inspect, install or hydrotest fire extinguishers. It will be necessary to use a Licensed Fire Extinguisher Contractor for identifying the location & type of extinguisher to use.
