This is a review for a Interior Remodel and Change of Use. The previous occupancy was Mercantile (seafood market) the new use is Small Restaurant with less than 50 occupancy.
The plans will be reviewed as a Mercantile because of the occupant load.
The only concern is the access width from the partition wall at the restrooms. The code requires that the access be a minimum of 36" or equal to the width of the exit.
The plans are approved with the above info noted on the plans.
