Plan APPROVED for interior build out for suites 208 and 209 which includes adding 1 hour wall to separate the suites, 900 sqft each, not protected with fire sprinkler system for medical offices. This is reviewed under FFPC 5th edition as business.

Locks on exit doors or access exit doors shall not require the use of a key, a tool, or special knowledge or effort for operation from the egress side unless they meet the requirements of NFPA 101, 7.2.1.5.

FS 633.061 requires a license or permit of organizations & individuals who: service, recharge, test, mark, inspect, install or hydrotest fire extinguishers. It will be necessary to use a Licensed Fire Extinguisher Contractor for identifying the location & type of extinguisher to use.
