	Plan REJECTED for not enough information. Please provide information on the exhaust ducts that are connected to the hoods leading up to the roof. What is the clearance from combustibles? What gauge are they made out of? Do they go straight to the roof or are there any bends in them? If so, access panels are required for clean out. Once more information is submitted, the review will continue.
	INFO ONLY: GREASE DUCT LIGHT TEST The Fire Marshals' Office must witness a light or smoke test prior to the vertical installation of the duct and a second test of the connecting welds once the duct is installed vertical. Please contact 209-1740 *1 to schedule these inspections.
