The contractor came into the office to address the issues made by plan review Stephanie Murray. In her absents John Ruley Addressed her comments.

The contractor indicated on the plans that the project is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building that is not protected with fire sprinkles. Using the single exit the travel distance (T.D.) is less than 100 feet, the occupant load is less than 30, the exit is onto a outside catwalk .

The interior finish of the birch panel will require the contractor to provide info that the panel has an interior finish of Class C or better. If Class C can not be provided then the contractor will need to provide info of a coating applied to product that will give the required Class C rating or better.  This Interior Finish requirement will require documentation to the fire inspector prior to or at final.
