Plan for 64 sqft fire pump house is REJECTED. This was reviewed under 2007 Fl Fire Prevention Code and NFPA 20, fire pump standard.
Because the fire pump house and tank were moved, a MODCP for the site plan is required. Until this is approved in DRC, approval can not be given for this plan.
