1. The code analysis needs to state compliance with the Florida EXISTING Building Code and the code cycle are 2007 with 2009 supplements.
Please submit a Code Analysis, Life Safety Plan, and notation as to what the Method of Compliance is as per Section 101.5 of the Florida Existing Building Code and what the Level of Alteration is to be proposed.
In addition, please provide the 'Affidavit for Renovation and Remodeling' form which can be found on the County Website under Building Services.

2. As per Section 11-4.35.1 Florida Building Code, Dressing and fitting rooms required to be accessible by Section 11-4.1 shall comply with Section 11-4.35.4 for bench being on the longer dimension.

3. The water cooler shall be a hi-lo as required.
As per Section 11-4.1 of the Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction (FACBC), an accessible (hi-lo) drinking fountain is required to comply with Section 11-4.15.1 thru 11-4.15.5 of the FACBC.

4. Show complaince with Section 403.4 of the Florida Plumbing Code for customers, patrons and visitors required toilet facilities without passing through storage areas.
Plumbing requirements shall follow the 2007 Florida Plumbing Code with 2009 supplements. Also submit the information listed in the FBC 2007 Section 106.3.5 which shall include but not be limited to: Floor plans for all floors and units, showing all fixture requirements, water supply piping, sanitary drainage, water heaters, vents, roof drainage, backflow prevention, plumbing risers, grease traps, environmental requirements and location of water supply line. Plans shall include all sizing and locations and method of providing penetration protection.
