Plan APPROVED for change of ownership and renovation of 3000 sqft suite inside strip store protected by fire sprinklers. This is reviewed under 2007 Fl Fire Prevention Code as mercantile.

The scope of work for this project is in the area of an existing fire sprinkler system. A separate fire sprinkler permit is required for any modification to this system. A hold is placed on the Building Permit and no inspections will be done until this Fire Sprinkler Permit is submitted & approved. (NFPA 1,13.1.1.1)

FS 633.061 requires a license or permit of organizations & individuals who: service, recharge, test, mark, inspect, install or hydrotest fire extinguishers. It will be necessary to use a Licensed Fire Extinguisher Contractor for identifying the location & type of extinguisher to use.
