	Plan REJECTED for 3363 sq ft space in existing strip store protected by fire sprinkler system. This was reviewed under 2004 Fl Fire Prevention Code as mercantile. Pg A2: Shelving is shown to be 12 ft high. Per NFPA 1, 20.15.7 all high piled storage must meet NFPA 230 and NFPA 13. Will the existing sprinkler system allow per hydraulic design high piled storage? Also, There shall be 18 inch clearance from the bottom of the sprinkler head to top of storage. (NFPA 25, 5.2.1.2) Please clarify.
	The Fire Sprinkler information provided in these plans are conceptual. A separate fire sprinkler permit is required by the Fire Marshal. A HOLD will be placed on the building permit and NO inspection will be done until this permit is submitted & approved.
