1. The building is existing with full fire sprinkler system. The previous tenant had drop ceiling this job is removing the ceiling, therefore the fire sprinkler heads need to be modified, a Fire Sprinkler Permit will be required for this job. A hold is placed on the BP no inspection will be allowed until this fire sprinkler permit is submitted.

2. There are 2-Duct Smoke Detectors, if these detectors are concealed, a remote visual/ audible indicated needs to be placed in a normally occupied space. This will be subject to final fire inspection.
