Plans for a 153 device fire alarm system for the new Theatre. The plans are REJECTED for the following reason.

The engineer of record for this fire alarm system, who set forth the alarm design criteria is Bradley F. Reynolds. The shop drawings were submitted with a seal from Zarko Ognjenovic. Per FAC 61G15-32.002(5)(6) after the Fire protection system engineering documents (Criteria) is submitted with the building plans, the shop drawings when submitted require no additional engineering input or seal. Please either: 1) Resubmit Alarm shop drawings that are not signed and sealed. or 2) Have Zarko Ognjenovic submit a registered letter to Bradley F. Reynolds seeking to reuse his already sealed contract documents therefore assuming all legal responsibility for the system in accordance with FAC 61G15-27.001. or 3) Have the owner or engineer submit a letter to our office completely removing Bradley F. Reynolds as engineer of record for the project.
