Application reflects plans were reviewed by a Private Provider firm. Per Fl Statue 553.791, SJC requires private provider bldg code inspections on plans reviewed by PP. Need the updated forms to clarify intent. The updated forms also need to reflect the scope of services provided by the private provider (includes structural, plumbing, electrical & mechanical).
