These plans are for a Siemens Sinorix 227 "waterless" clean agent fire suppression system.   The system utilizes Dupont FE-227(HFC-227ea Heptaflouropropane).  The system will be using a 70lb cylinder with a Siemens FS-250 control panel that will be tied into the building fire alarm system.  The plans were reviewed using NFPA 2001 2000ed. and NFPA 72 2002 ed.  The plans were reviewed as a Engineered system.   Plans REJECTED for more information.

Please show a detail of the warning and instruction signs being posted inside the area as required by NFPA 2001 2-3.5.5.

Provide the following on the plans per NFPA 2001 3-1.2.2.  (f) enclosure cross section, full height diagram including floor/ceiling assemblies including raised access floors and suspended ceilings.  (h) Extinguishing agent concentration (%,PPM) (i) Description of occupancy and whether or not the space is normally occupied. (r) Indicate flow calculation nodes on isometric drawing. (v) Complete step by step description of sequence of operations including abort function, delay timers and emergency shutdown.  Provide this for both the suppression system and the fire alarm system. (NFPA 72:6.11.5)
     

Note: Im am awaiting an answer from the Fire Marshal on whether or not he will require a Enclosure Pressurization Test to be performed in accordance with NFPA 2001:3-3.3 in accordance with appendix C.

Please indicate on the drawings that the each releasing device will be monitored for integrity per NFPA 72:6.11.2.
