The plans received shows 3 occupancy classifications A, B, and S (FBC302)
1. Please revise the code analyzes show on A-1 to indicate the proposed renovation as mixed use (508.3) accessory occupancy (508.3.2, separated (508.3.3), or nonseparated 508.3.2.
2. Please revise the occupancy load using FBC Table 1004.1.1.

Sheet M-2 shows an exhaust fan in the Armory exhausting 480 CFM. Please provide makeup air for the exhaust fan, if using existing outside air, please provide the equipment schedule. What is the use of the exhaust fan?.(501.3)
