These plans are for a 225 square foot guard shack located at North Loop Parkway. The building is not protected with fire sprinklers.
The fire department access in-bound is by the out side lane. The inside lane has a vertical clearance restriction. The out-bound access is reduced to 16 feet and appears to have vertical clearance issues.
The plans are approved with the following note added to the plans:
1. Page A-2, Please post vertical clearance on in-bound inside lane.
