as the architect and i talked about on the preliminary review per FBC SEC.903.2.1.2 the second story area is required to be fully sprinklered for bar and eating area. THIS IS STILL A BUILDING CODE REQUIRMENT THAT IS REQUIRED. THE MOST STRINGENT CODE MUST BE MEET.
