Plan is APPROVED for 2 Ansul R-102 fire suppression systems. This was reviewed under 2004 Fl Fire Prevention Code and NFPA 96 and 17A. One system covers a range, oven, and kettle supplied by 1.5 gallons under 1 hood. The other system covers a steamer, griddle, gas char broiler, 2 ranges, and 3 fryers supplied by 9 gallons under 2 hoods. These 2 hoods are joined and sealed together with a U-channel as allowed per NFPA 96 5.1.4.
