These plans are being resubmitted to address previous comment.

The plans are approved with the following comments added to the plans:

1. Please provide building numbers that are a minimum of 6-inches high on the building and/or suite(s) for commercial. These must be visible and legible from the street, therefore the address number may need to be larger than the minimum 6". NFPA 1, 10.13.1.2   

2. The Grease Exhaust Hood requires a HOOD PERMIT & a FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM. A HOLD will be placed on the building permit whereby NO INSPECTIONS can be done until this permits is approved.   

3. The modification to the Fire Sprinkler System requires a Fire Sprinkler Permit. A HOLD will be placed on the building permit whereby NO INSPECTIONS can be done until this permit is approved.
