Plan approved for remodel of a 4137 sq ft restaurant. This was reviewed under 2004 Fl Fire Prevention Code under assembly. There is no fire alarm or sprinkler system in this bldg.

The Grease Exhaust Hood and Fire Suppression System noted on this plan are conceptual. A separate permit will be required by the Fire Marshal. A HOLD will be placed on the building permit and NO INSPECTION will be done until this permit is submitted & approved.

The occupant load shall be posted in a conspicuous place near the main entrance/exit from the room. Please refer to the Fire Marshal Notation on the plans as to the approved maximum occupant load to be posted. The Posting should read,"Maximum Occupant Load 184 Persons, by order of the Fire Marshal"
