These plans are for 14,388 square foot shell building that is to be used as a office storage building.
The building is to protected by fire sprinklers because it does not meet the requirement of fire department access within 150 feet and secondly to occupant will have more than 12,000 square feet of storage after all office spaces are added.
Based on our review we are unable to approved the plans for the following reasons:
1. The fire sprinkler riser is in located on the foundation plan.
2. The Sealed Design Criteria for the Fire Sprinkler System did no accompany the building permit.
These items need to be addressed before the plans can be resubmitted.
