This review is for a 3,600 square foot assembly occupancy (restaurant) in an existing building that is protected with fire sprinklers.
The review is incomplete until the following issues are addressed:

1. The plans are missing the Electrical section.
|

|
|
2. Page A-2, There may need additional emergency light to provide 1 foot candle of illumination on the exit path. Please revisit this issue and add light or explain how you would like to verify the emergency lighting prior to final.

3. Page M-1, The duct detector will need audible & visible remote indicators located in a occupied space near the detector. If a fire alarm is installed then this requirement will go away.

4. Page M-2, Penetrations & mounting of Hood,Ducts, Exhaust systems, and HVAC system that result in the addition of loads to any member without verification that the truss is capable of supporting such additional loads. (Florida Mechanical Code 302.4)

5. The following holds are placed on the building permit and NO INSPECTIONS will be allowed until the following permits are submitted & approved:
