These plans are for a business occupancy (small Restaurant less than 50 persons) in an existing building that is not protected with fire sprinklers.

The plans are rejected until the following issues are addressed:

1. Page T-1 & A-5, Interior Finish Per NFPA 101 Chapter 10, on T-1 please identify the interior finish you require. Per the Fire Marshal, On page A-5, any interior finish item that requires classification, please provide with these plans all test certifications and documents that demonstrate the products flame spread.

2. Page E-2, there are several heat producing devices that may or may not require venting. Please provide documents of these devises that demonstrate by test that they do or donut require venting. 

It is our intention to provide a product approval type folder for these devise specific to Dunkin Donuts and after this first submittal we will go to the file for future approval of like products. If you have any questions please contact me at 904-209-1741
