	Received revision to install spiral stairs and drywall in the attic area. As responded to during the original plan review, a minimum 7' finished ceiling height is require for a storage area. 1. Please provide signed and sealed engineering to modify the truss system to accommodate the passage of the stairs and raising of the head height. 2. Provide listed assemblies for the walls and ceiling. FYI Issued: 9/7/2006 12:34:18 PM Drawing A-2 shows a loft/storage. The attic cannot be used as a loft/storage, the Florida Building code 1208.2 requires a minimum ceiling height of 7' for storage. Please revise and resubmit Wednesday, May 02, 2007 Received truss revision showing bottom cord removed, please provide foundation under new bearing points. Received ceiling assemble for shaft ceiling, please provide a listed assemble suitable for this location.	5/7/2007	JNP
