Plan REJECTED for completion of bldg 7, 6832 sqft. It includes 1 5724 sqft suite and 1108 suite to be used as offices. This is reviewed under 2010 Fl Fire Prevention Code as business.

Page A.3 shows fire alarm strobe light/horns. Is it truly the intention to install a fire alarm in this building. It is not required.

Please provide information on the air handlers. Air handlers with more than 2000 CFM are required to have duct smoke detectors. If these detectors are concealed they shall have a remote visual and audible indicators located in a normally occupied space. (NOTE if there is a FIRE ALARM SYSTEM in the building the duct smoke detector must also be connected to the fire alarm system. In those cases only a visual indicator is required) (NFPA 90A,6.4.2)

The emergency lights are on the ceiling plan. Please show exit signs on the ceiling plans as well. Only place exit signs over the required exit doors as shown on the Life Safety Plan.
Exits shall be marked by an approved sign that is readily visible from any direction of exit access. (NFPA 101, 7.10.1.2)
