These plans are for a 7850 square foot unsprinklered office building that will have 6 tenant spaces each separated by 1 hour fire walls. Each tennant space will consist of 3 offices, a conference room, and a reception area. The 2004 Florida Fire Prevention Code business chapter was used for review. There appear to be no major problems with the plans however I do need an Electrical plan depicting exit sign locations and an HVAC plan in order to complete my review. The plans are PENDING.
