1. This project is classified as Business Occupancy not Mercantile as shown on the cover sheet.
2. Provide a schedule of opoerating conditions for each indoor HVAC unit including supply air volume and outdoor air volume. Note: minimum total outdoor air volume for this building is approximately 3800cfm. Please provide schedule of outdoor air volumes to meet the requirements of FBC 2004M Table 403.3
3. Provide energy forms 400A.
4. Show location and size of outdoor air intakes.
5. Transformer primary protection in panel HHT is shown as a 3 pole 90 Amp breaker. Riser diagram shows a 3 pole 125 Amp breaker. if panel HLT is main lugs only then 125 Amp protection is required.
6. Provide a copy of the fault current letter from the Utility company.
7. Provide three drinking fountains. One shall be H/C two level type. One may be a bottled water dispenser.
