	This is a set of plans for a 1357 sqft interior remodel. the building is protected with a fire sprinkler system. As we started our review we noted that the Code Reference for Fire Code was Fl Fire Prevention Code. They did not site the edition that just changed Jan. 1,2015. We are rejecting the project and returning the plans to the architect to identify the 5th edition of the Florida Fire Prevention COde and to insure that the remodel is using the new referenced code.	2/10/2015	JRuley
	This set of plans is for an interior remodel of an existing Mercantile space at 2700 Sr Rd 16. The space is 1357 sqft. The building is protected with fire sprinklers. The plans are approved, with a hold on building permit for modification of the fire sprinklers. ( If the fire sprinkler are not modified by this remodel, a letter needs to be submitted by the architect or sprinkler contractor indicating that the work will not effect the fire sprinklers. With this letter the hold can be removed.	2/10/2015	JRuley
