This is a set of plans for a 1357 sqft interior remodel. the building is protected with a fire sprinkler system.
As we started our review we noted that the Code Reference for Fire Code was Fl Fire Prevention Code. They did not site the edition that just changed Jan. 1,2015.
We are rejecting the project and returning the plans to the architect to identify the 5th edition of the Florida Fire Prevention COde and to insure that the remodel is using the new referenced code.
