Plans approved for 8000 sq ft metal bldg. This was reviewed under 2004 Fl Fire Prevention Code using new industrial and storage chapters. There was a set of fire sprinkler plans submitted with this review. Those plans require a separate permit. In discussion with Buddy of Mastercraft, these plans were returned to him.

FYI:Please provide building numbers that are a minimum of 6-inches high on the building and/or suite(s) for commercial. These must be visible and legible from the street, therefore the address number may need to be larger than the minimum 6".

Provide a EMERGENCY ACCESS KEY BOX near the main entrance. This box is required because there is a fire sprinkler riser located inside this building. An authorization form for the Knox Box can be obtained at the Fire Marshal's Office.(4455 Avenue "A", Suite 100, St Augustine, Phone 904-209-7400)

1/2 inch, and shall be maintained on both sides of the door for a distance not less than the width of the widest leaf. NFPA 101 7.2.1.3.
