Plan is for new exhaust duct up 2 floors inside chase to new exhaust fan on roof for venting hot vapors from the dishwasher. This was reviewed under 2004 Fl Fire Prevention Code including NFPA 91. Plans are rejected for needed information:
*Show duct supports are designed to carry weight of duct system. (NFPA 91, 2.2.3)
*Show a means of providing for the system to be balanced. (NFPA 91, 2.4.1)
*Show how ducts are running (vertically) leading directly to the point of termination. (NFPA 91, 2.4.5)
*Show detail of chase and clearances to wall or other materials. (NFPA 91, 2.6)
